1. What information is collected on the Site?
Collection of Your Personal Information
You may be asked to voluntarily provide your (i) name, (ii) title, (iii) address, (iv) email address, (v) telephone number, (vi) password, (vii) credentials and (viii) affiliation, as well as other personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) to have access to some features of the Site or to register for events. By using the Site and providing us with your Personal Information, you consent to our use of such information as described in this Privacy Statement. You may always refuse to provide your Personal Information, and this may lead to our inability to provide you with certain products or services.

This Privacy Statement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to its conflicts of law provisions. By accessing or using the Site, you consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Alameda County, California.
