Streamline Your HEDIS® Reporting with MX HEDIS® Non-Standard Supplemental Data
Manifest MedEx is pleased to help health plans increase their quality improvement scores through our new HEDIS® Non-Standard Supplemental Service, an automated service that delivers critical clinical data, such as immunizations, lab results, and procedures, from sources not included in the NCQA Data Aggregator Validation (DAV) program. Through this service, health plans can:
- Reduce administrative burdens with quicker identification of completed services for your members without manual outreach
- Save costs by reducing the need for expensive medical record retrieval
- Maximize your HEDIS® scores and Star Ratings with a more accurate data set
To learn how your health plan can close care gaps and improve quality scores, please contact your regional Executive Director or the MX Support team at support@manifestmedex.org.
MX Single Sign-On (SSO) Enhancement
In January, Manifest MedEx (MX) began offering Single Sign-On (SSO) to the MX Portal as a premium service to help our participants improve security, save time, and streamline user account management.
Beginning March 23, MX is delighted to offer SSO with patient context, making it even easier to access relevant health information! SSO with patient context allows users to access the MX Portal and be brought to patient search results in MX Access within their EHR.
To learn how your organization can further streamline workflows, reduce the need for manual searches, and help providers access the comprehensive patient information they need, contact the MX Support team at support@manifestmedex.org.

MX Welcomes New Participants

Manifest MedEx welcomes Habitat for Humanity Yuba/Sutter, Turning Point Community Programs, Vayu Health, and, as a result of our new affiliation with Serving Communities Health Information Organization (SCHIO), Harmony at Home and the San Francisco Health Plan, to our ever-growing network!
Founded in 1993, Habitat for Humanity Yuba/Sutter is dedicated to ending homelessness and substandard housing in a fiscally and socially responsible manner in its community by partnering with families and the community to construct and repair homes, improve safety, and support long-term housing stability in Yuba and Sutter Counties. Manifest MedEx will help Habitat for Humanity Yuba/Sutter strengthen referral pathways and align its housing stabilization services with health-related social service initiatives.
Originally established as a non-profit residential program serving approximately 40 individuals with psychiatric disabilities, Turning Point Community Programs (TPCP) has since grown to serve nine counties across Northern California, delivering high-quality behavioral health and social services to transform the lives of more than 17,000 individuals (and growing) every year. Manifest MedEx looks forward to partnering with TPCP to provide real-time ADT notifications and access to longitudinal clinical data, enabling TPCP care teams to intervene earlier, coordinate transitions of care, and better support enhanced care management (ECM) and behavioral health populations.
Vayu Health is a non-profit, equity-focused organization dedicated to serving high-risk Medi-Cal members with chronic disease and complex social needs. Vayu Health believes that critical pieces of the health care system must fit together to make progress in human-centered chronic condition care for the underserved. Manifest MedEx will provide longitudinal patient summaries, ADT notifications for acute events, and lab visibility, including A1c results where available, to improve health outcomes and reduce preventable utilization.
Harmony at Home is a nonprofit in Monterey County dedicated to ending cycles of violence, abuse, and bullying by empowering children, young adults, and their families with the skills and confidence to lead healthy, productive lives. Active since 2012, Harmony at Home provides trauma-informed counseling, education, and support services to foster safer environments for children, teens, and families. Manifest MedEx is pleased to provide access to health records and hospital discharge information to help support individualized, whole person care.
Serving over 190,000 members, the San Francisco Health Plan (SFHP) is a licensed community health plan that aims to improve health outcomes for diverse San Francisco communities through successful partnerships. Founded in 1994, SFHP was designed for and by the people they serve with the belief that every person living in San Francisco deserves access to quality, affordable health care. Manifest MedEx looks forward to providing real-time data from MX participants within and around the Bay Area to help SFHP meet the evolving needs of its community.
