Users of the MX portal are required to agree to the Authorized User Confidentiality Agreement to maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of protected health information and other patient information. To help save time and go green, we are pleased to announce that users can now review and accept the Confidentiality Agreement electronically upon logging into the MX portal, eliminating the need for paper copies.
Simply review and click “Accept” to acknowledge your agreement. Users may not access the MX portal without agreeing to the Confidentiality Agreement and user acknowledgement of the Confidentiality Agreement must be renewed annually. The MX portal will automatically prompt users to re-review and acknowledge the Agreement on their annual renewal date. If any changes are made to the Agreement before a user’s annual renewal date, the user will be prompted to review and accept the updated Agreement.
